This session explores the fiscal compliance considerations for Medicare Coverage Analysis and clinical research. This session explores the challenges of managing billing compliance with clinical trials, will identify the evolution of Medicare Coverage Analysis and describes the processes for deeming a qualified trial. After this Webinar, attendees will be able to: 1. Explain Medicare Coverage Analysis; 2. Describe the desirable characteristics for qualifying a clinical research trial; 3. Effectively evaluate case studies of false claim settlements.
