Olga Watkins, PhD, has been running the Clinical Scientist Training Program (supported by an NIH K30 grant) at Baylor College of Medicine for the last ten years. This program is aimed at senior clinical fellows and junior faculty members who are learning to be physician scientists. During the first year of the program, Dr. Watkins teaches junior faculty
members how to apply for a K08 or K23 grant. She holds a PhD in experimental psychology.
