Join Dean of the UofL School of Nursing Dr. Marcia Hern as she discusses how academics can guide themselves and others to take on new challenges; how faculty from within the institution can be groomed for leadership in order to attract and retain the best; and how to support ALL faculty to reach their fullest potential. While the talk is applicable to department chairs and deans, it is designed to speak to regular faculty, as well, as Dr. Hern's special passion is for encouraging women and others who are more likely to have lower expectations to aim higher.
