The Grants Management Office provides information and support relating to the negotiation of grants, contracts and subagreements with sponsors, including budget review and application approval for submission to outside sponsors, tracking of proposals and awards and serves as the official authorized signature authority for sponsored program grants and contracts from federally funded and non-profit organizations.
