The TRIA (Transmit for Review and Initial Assessment) is the form that gets the ball rolling in contract negotiations between UofL and sponsors for clinical projects. The form has been revised as of October 3, 2011 and is available for download (with instructions) at http://louisville.edu/research/offices/industry-contracts/common/tria-mira.html. Please replace any earlier versions you may have. Beginning November 1, 2011 the Office of Industry Contracts will require that you use the new version of the form.
