2011 Southeast Regional IDeA Meeting

The 2011 Southeast Regional IDeA Meeting, hosted by the Louisiana INBRE and COBREs, will be held September 22-24, 2011 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, Louisiana. This year's meeting will bring together the talented faculty, staff and students of the RCMI, COBRE and INBRE programs in the Southeast Region of the US including Puerto Rico. NIH officials, invited speakers in relevant fields of biomedical research, and IDeA faculty, postdocs and students will give presentations, present posters and participate in a number of thought provoking scientific sessions. The thematic areas for the meeting are drawn from the research themes of our programs including Cancer, Cardiovascular, Cell Signaling, Computational Biology, Infectious Disease/Immunology and Neuroscience.
