Microarray Services and Technologies

The UofL Microarray Facility offers the choice between two microarray platforms, Agilent and Affymetrix. Platform Comparison.

We can perform:

• Whole Genome Gene-Expression Analysis
• SNP-Genotyping
• Whole Genome Splice Variation Analysis
• microRNA Analysis

Should you need assistance with RNA isolation, we can provide training for this procedure. After RNA isolation, we will label the samples, hybridize them to the array and assist with data analysis.

The typical sample processing time is 2-3 weeks.
