Other Services

• RNA analysis: We offer access to the Nanodrop ND-1000 for quantiative nucleic acid measurements and to Agilent’s BioAnalyzer for RNA quality assessment.


• PCR: The Facility has an ABI 7300 real-time PCR system, which can be used by our customers on request.


• Training: On request, we offer training in many areas of genomic research, including real-time PCR, Nanodrop, BioAnalyzer, RNA isolation, sample preparation for microarrays and more.


• Data Mining: We offer free access to the latest versions of Genespring, Partek and Ingenuity and will be able to assist with the use of either software.
