Nondisclosure Agreement for Review

Industry sponsors often require nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements (NDAs or CDAs) to be in place prior to discussions with investigators about specific protocols or projects. To establish an NDA/CDA with a sponsor, please log onto iRIS to provide the following.

• Sponsor’s nondisclosure agreement (or indicate that the ACDA or UofL’s nondisclosure agreement template will be used)
