Request for Determination of Residency Status
The initial determination of residency status is made during the admission process. A status may be appealed by filing an affidavit and documentation with the Office of Enrollment Management. Information packets, including the regulation and the affidavit form, are available in admissions offices, the Office of Enrollment Management and printable at http://louisville.edu/residency.
