2013 Fall Semester

Fall rotation for Continuing students - Tuesday, April 2 - Thursday, April 11

Open Registration for Continuing Students - Friday, April 12 - Monday, July 1 (registration closed July 2nd - July 9th)

  • Students notified of student account charges. Financial settlement is due by Friday, July 26.

Extended Registration for Continuing Students - Wednesday, July 10 - Friday, July 26 (registration closed July 27 through July 28)

  • During this time period, you are expected to review your student account charges on Ulink at Student Services > Tuition-Fees-Payment Options > Account
  • Financial settlement is due by Friday, August 30.

Late Registration for Continuing Students; Open Registration for New Students; and Drop/Add Schedule - Monday, July 29 - Monday, August 26

Students who register after 07-29-13 are expected to have their student account charges paid by 08-30-13. You can review your student account on ULink at Student Services > Tuition-Fees-Payment Options > Account.

Last day to initially register - Monday, August 26

Drop/Add Only

  • Tuesday, August 27 - Friday, August 30

Web Registration Hours

The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week EXCEPT from 10 pm Friday to 2:15 am Saturday AND Sunday from 1:00 am to 3:30 am (provided it is a valid period for registration and/or drop/add).  Due to this expansion of hours, there may be some times the system will be down that is unplanned. If you try  and are unable to access the system, please contact the appropriate department at the following times:

Normal Registration Office Hours

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., contact the Registrar's Office at (502) 852-6522. All other times contact the Information Technology HelpDesk at (502) 852-7997. 

Special Office Hours August 19-30

  • If you still have problems after using the system, you may come to the Registrar's Office (Houchens Bldg., Room 31) for assistance during the following hours:

Monday - Friday

8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.*

*The Registrar's Office will also be open until 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays while classes are in session during the fall and spring semesters.

  

Extended Hours for Other University Offices

  • Students should note that University offices will not be open all hours that the Web registration is available. The Admissions Office and some advising offices may adjust their hours during Registration. Students registering during the evening and Saturday hours may wish to call their advising office and/or Admissions Office for their hours of operation.

MONDAY, AUGUST 26, IS THE LAST DAY TO INITIALLY REGISTER.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, IS THE LAST DAY TO DROP/ADD.

Drop/Add for Registered Students

ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED, YOU MAY DROP/ADD ANY TIME THE SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE BEGINNING MONDAY, JULY 29th  TO FRIDAY, AUGUST 30th  AT 10 P.M.

This normally occurs on Saturdays and Sundays.

MONDAY, AUGUST 26, IS THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES AND THE LAST DAY TO INITIALLY REGISTER.

DROP/ADD ONLY

TUES., August 27- All Hours
WED., August 28 - All Hours
THURS., August 29 - All Hours
FRI., August 30 - All Hours until 10 pm

FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, IS THE LAST DAY TO DROP/ADD.
