State Registration
All bidders/proposers being considered for award shall be duly Registered and in Good Standing with the Kentucky Secretary of State and/or, if appropriate, the Department of Revenue to conduct business within the Commonwealth of Kentucky and any such Registration and Good Standing shall remain in force for the duration of contract awarded.
