Office Supply Contract

Effective July 1, Corporate Express will conduct business under the Staples name as a result of its acquisition by Staples in July 2008.  Please be aware that UofL departments CANNOT purchase from Staples retail stores.  At this time Staples Retail Stores are unable to offer contract pricing, terms and conditions to comply with the UofL contract.  Internet ordering on the E-Way site will remain unchanged.  To obtain a new user ID for online ordering, complete a form via ewayreq.  For non-catalog orders in PeopleSoft the new vendor number is 0000083207.  For more information, please contact Sally Molsberger, Department of Purchasing.
