Graduate Student Campbell Bego Awarded Best Paper Finalist at Frontiers in Education (FIE) Conference

Experimental Psychology graduate student Campbell Bego was named a Best Paper Finalist for research presented at the 47th Annual Frontiers in Education Conference (October 18-21). Only three papers received this distinction.

From the conference's website (fie2017.org): "The 47th Annual Frontiers in Education (FIE) Conference is a major international conference focusing on educational innovations and research in engineering and computing education."  

The paper's title was "Retrieval Practice and Spacing in an Engineering Mathematics Classroom: Do the Effects Add Up?"  Campbell Bego was first author on the paper, followed by Dr. Keith Lyle (Experimental Psychology) and colleagues from the Engineering Fundamentals Department, Drs. Patricia Ralston and Jeffrey Hieb.
