Welcome to the Doctoral Program in Experimental  Psychology at U of L!

This doctoral program is designed to train students for academic and non-academic careers, with research as its primary focus. This program offers a flexible curriculum intended to be tailored to the individual student’s interests while providing extensive training in the core processes of psychology, research methodology, and data analyses. Recent graduates are pursuing their careers in academic and non-academic fields in numerous settings, including universities and colleges, industry, government and private consulting organizations.

Students getting the doctorate in Experimental Psychology have the opportunity to receive training and take courses in the following specialty areas:

• Cognitive and Developmental Sciences
