Strategic Planning Committee seeks input
The Strategic Planning Committee has reached the first point in its work where it is requesting input from the university community. The committee is charged to develop a plan to set the university's course for the next decade and beyond.
Recently, the Board of Trustees approved the committee's Strategic Plan Foundation document, which consists of the university's mission, vision and goals. Committee leadership is taking the document to constituency groups around campus seeking input.
When the committee seeks your comments, I ask everyone to review the document carefully from a university-wide perspective. Let us know, especially, how the university as a whole can achieve the Action and Values goals. This is an important process for the university. Your input is vital to its success.
