Why she chose U of L: I chose UofL because it seemed like a new and different atmosphere. I really felt like I would be in the real world when coming to the University of Louisville.

The biggest surprise when she arrived on campus: I never thought that coming to the University of Louisville I would learn so much about myself and about other people. The way my perspectives have changed on so many different issues has been refreshingly surprising.

Advice for future students: My advice for new students is to allow the University to touch you by getting involved and opening your mind. College is the best time in your life to become exactly what you want to be and the University of Louisville is very supportive of that if you allow it to be.

Other thoughts about U of L: Being at the University of Louisville is much like a community that enables you to grow socially and academically at the same time. Even though we are a school of over 20,000, it is very likely to run into familiar faces in your classes and at other University activities such as athletic events, campus issue forums, and SGA functions. It has been the time of my life.
