Patricia Thurman is a former director of the Division of Employee Development for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet where she was responsible for developing, conducting and coordinating 21 hours of annual training for 6,000 employees statewide. She is a certified public manager (CPM) and a Myers-Briggs Type Inventory qualified instructor.
