More Effective Verbal Communication

Blending Assertiveness, Honesty, and Power

Do you get caught in the middle of being too assertive in some situations and too reflective in others? Once you are heard effectively, you will achieve greater excitement from your audiences, increased confidence in your own ability to persuade and engage, and clearer direction and alignment from everyone. This seminar examines the three communication styles people use when dealing with others: passive, assertive, and aggressive. It will help you find a balance between “being a push-over” and “coming on too strong.”

You Will Learn to:

  • Build confidence and a positive self-image with you and your staff
  • Speak up with greater ease
  • Create a culture of respect and openly shared ideas
  • Avoid conflict and power struggles
