PMI’s Standard for Program Management is the of this new course. It covers, in detail, the program management lifecycle, program management process groups, and knowledge areas in the Standard for Program Management.
After completing this 24-hour course, you will have mastered the three basic tenets of program management: benefit management, stakeholder management, and program governance.
You’ll leave with 24 PDUs and a Certificate in Program Management from the University of Louisville.

Prerequisites for UofL’s Program Management Essentials course:
- An active PMP certification; or
- Certificate in Project Management from the University of Louisville; or
- Successful completion of the PgMP credential application review process
