From birth, most of us are raised to fit into a certain mold. Our culture and our families teach us that we should be attracted to people of the opposite gender, and that boys and girls are supposed to look, act and feel certain ways. But not everyone fits into that narrow mold. Opening up to the possibility that you may be gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or even just questioning can be a scary process at first, because it means taking a path that’s your very own.
Inside Out is a campus support group for those who are starting out on the path of coming out or questioning their sexual orientation or identity. With a focus on support and education, the meetings are confidential and designed to create a safe space for exploration.
