Anonymous Reporting

This is not an emergency reporting form.  If this is an actual emergency or involves an imminent threat to life or property, please call the University Police at 911.

Often students are the first to become aware of a concern that might jeopardize the safety of others in our university community. All members of the university community need to take an active role in reporting threats or concerns that could lead to violence or other criminal activity. The Anonymous Reporting Form was developed to allow members of the university community to anonymously report criminal activity and other threats and/or concerns.

If you witness a crime or suspicious activity on campus or you are a victim of a crime and do not wish to make an official police report and you would like to report it anonymously, please fill out the form below.
