MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
In Open Session
Sept. 14, 2004
The University of Louisville Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, September 14, 2004, at 12 Noon in the Jefferson Room of Grawemeyer Hall, Belknap Campus, with members present and absent as follows:

I. Call to Order
Having determined a quorum present, Chairman Bridgeman called the meeting to order at 12 Noon.
II. Executive Session
Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f), Mr. Green made a motion, which Mr. Frazier seconded, to go into executive session at 12:03 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
III. Open Meeting Reconvenes
Chair Bridgeman reconvened the open session at 12:50 p.m. and reported that the Committee discussed a personnel matter and no action was required.
IV. Adjournment
Mr. Green made a motion, which Mr. McKinley seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 12:55 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
