The Finance & Budget Committee of the Board of Directors of the University of Louisville Athletic Association, Inc. met Tuesday, May 27, 2003 at 12 Noon in the Press Suite of the Brown & Williamson Club, at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, with members present and absent as follows:

Having determined a quorum present, Chair Benson called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m. 

II.         Budget Workshop on

2002-2003 Budget Analysis

Associate Athletic Director Kevin Miller provided the Committee with a comprehensive overview of the budget through period ending April 30, 2003.

2003-04  Proposed Budget

Associate Athletic Director Kevin Miller briefed the Committee on the 2003-04 proposed budget.
