UPS Electronic Shipping Mandate

Paper documents discontinued

Beginning Feb 15th, university departments should no longer be using paper documents to send UPS packages. The paper forms will no longer be ordered through campus Postal Services. Departments must sign up for CampusShip and process all UPS items electronically. University departments receive discounts based on the volume of all items shipped electronically.

Postal Services will be contacting the department heads of any unit not switched to internet shipping by February 15th, 2010. Please call Don at 852-6699 with any questions
