HSC Special Delivery Service

Effective October 2, 2006, the departments listed below will receive same day service. All qualified time sensitive documents that are deposited in the Special Delivery Drop Box by 10:30 a.m. will be delivered by 11:30 a.m. and documents that are deposited in the Drop Box by 2:00 p.m. will be delivered by 3:00 p.m.

The specified destination points on Belknap for this needed service are:

Bursar
Controllers Office
Development Office
Human Resources/Payroll
Physical Plant
Purchasing

Note:

1. This is not a courier service; therefore there will not be any written confirmation of receipt or deliveries of these documents.
2. Special delivery service is not guaranteed for any mail dropped in the designated box after 2:00 p.m.
3. All documents shall be sealed to protect their confidential contents where appropriate.
4. No cash shall be placed in this drop box for delivery.
