"Why We Vote" virtual event on October 20
The Department of Political Science and the Political Science Alumni Council kick off our Day of Giving/"Raise Some L" efforts supporting internships for Political Science students with a diverse panel of politically-engaged students, moderated by Dr. Wallace. They will talk about what issues are important to them and what is motivating their vote in 2020. Many UofL students will be voting in their first Presidential election this year and we want to hear their voices. 2020 Election Officers needed
Jefferson County Clerk’s office to is recruiting students to work as Election Day workers. Our local Elections Office faces a shortage of qualified poll workers every year and we feel confident our community could fill those positions. To be considered for a position as an Election Officer, complete and submit the Election Officer application online.
