Custodial Services
Responsible for cleaning on all campuses (except dorms):
- restrooms
- offices
- classrooms
- public building areas
- interior window cleaning
- snow/ice removal from building steps
- cleaning of flooded areas
- clean upholstery
- maintain building entrance mats
- trash removal
- infectious waste handling
The Building Service Team is a group dedicated to stripping and waxing floor tile and shampooing carpets in entire building areas. Exterior window cleaning is generally handled by an outside contractor.
