Belknap Campus Visitor Parking

Permits are required on campus Monday through Friday from 7:30am to  7:30pm including Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.

University of Louisville Visitor Pay Lots:

Floyd Street Garage (2126 South Floyd Street, Louisville, KY 40208)

4th & Cardinal Blvd (corner of Cardinal Blvd & 4th Street)

Fee Schedule for University of Louisville Pay Lots:

0-60 minutes: $2

61-120 minutes: $4

121-180 minutes: $5

181-240 minutes: $7

over 240 minutes: $9

Parking Meter Locations:

Natatorium- payment required 24/7; multispace meter

Student Rec Center - payment required 24/7; multispace meters on the north and south sides of the building

Speed School Complex- payment required from 7:30am-7:30pm; traditional coin meters

University Planning Design & Construction- payment required from 7:30am-7:30pm; traditional coin meters

Human Resources- payment required from 7:30am-7:30pm; traditional coin meters

Information Center and Event Parking 

Requests for reservations for visitor parking at the information centers are submitted to Tammy Lawson at Information center parking requests are limited to 3 individuals for a maximum of 3 hours based upon availability. Complimentary parking at the Information Center will only be issued 3 times during a semester per individual. We request all reservations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Reservation requests must include the following information:

  1. Date
  2. Arrival and departure times
  3. Event title (i.e. meeting, guest speaker, prospective student)
  4. Building name
  5. Visitor’s name (s)
  6. Host’s name (must be a university employee)
  7. Campus phone number

University employees may submit requests for over 3 visitors and/or over 3 hours, larger groups, or special events to Laura Lutts at in the parking office.  Reservations for special events and large groups should be made at least two weeks in advance.
