If a student withdraws within the first 15 days of classes in either the Fall or Spring semester and returns his or her permit, a full refund, less a $5 handling charge, will be made. A portion of the permit cost will be refunded for permits purchased the first semester and returned to the Parking Office by Jan. 31, 2013. No refunds will be offered to students after Jan. 31, 2013. If a faculty or staff member terminates employment from the university prior to May 1 and returns his or her permit, a prorated amount will be refunded if permit has been paid in full (less a $5 processing fee). All outstanding parking violations must be paid before a refund will be issued.
