A parking permit will not be issued to an individual who has unpaid parking citations nor to participants in the Earn-A-Bike Program.
Belknap employees and students may also purchase a permit in our office in the Floyd St. Parking Garage located at 2126 S Floyd St. Suite 100.
HSC Campus employees and students should purchase a permit in our office located in the Chestnut St. Parking Garage located at 414 East Chestnut St.
J and JH series permits will expire August 24, 2013.
H and HH series permits will expire August 23, 2014.
