  • Business process changes for the HR/Payroll implementation include decentralized entry of time and leave usage, electronic distribution of pay advices, electronic transfer of funds (direct deposit), and online access to payroll stubs. A proposal for university-wide biweekly pay cycles has been rejected.
  • Technical Support has announced a system maintenance schedule for 2000-01 to accommodate users' demands while keeping the software up-to-date with the latest modifications.
  • Degree audit/transfer credit implementation planning has involved the deans and staff of units with undergraduate programs. Recent agreements to adjust the implementation schedule will allow academic units time to complete the general-education course identification process and changes in degree major programs.   • Steering committee reports are available online by date.
  • The final quarterly report for Project ORION, the first phase of the ORION implementation, is available online.
