Project ORION Teams

The ORION system integrates student-administration and human-resource management functions through operation of a single, unified database. The overall project structure has been designed to provide the broad support and participation needed for the project's success.

To implement the system, specialist teams work through the technical and functional issues and concerns that the prototyping and deployment processes have identified. Advisory committees have been established to address policy matters that will be affected by the "best practices" organization of the PeopleSoft system. The University-wide Policy and Program Development Advisory Committee serves as a general consultative group for university-wide issues.

Minutes of the team meetings are in year folders, indexed by team initials and a four-digit date code.

  • University-wide Policies and Program Development Advisory Committee.

Access to ORION databases is available to team members who have PCs with ORION software.
