Prototyping Issues

Many issues that arise during prototyping concern the way that the system is configured to fit university policies, procedures and operating conventions. The prototyping teams, which include both functional users and technical staff, address most of these issues immediately. Follow the links below to review the prototyping issues docketed so far.

Where an issue has policy, procedure or operations consequences, it is referred for higher levels of review and docketed in the Project ORION issues database. Issues under referral are linked to detailed analyses, as noted. For information on other issues, contact the project management team at project.orion@louisville.edu. Be sure to indicate the system (HR or SA) and issue number in your note.
