  • Quarterly reports on project developments are available.
  • Transition Report on the completion of the project prototyping (posted 05/20/98).
  • On May 7, 1998, the Student Administration team completed their 25-week prototyping project, meeting all objectives. A detailed report documents the results of this phase (posted 05/15/98).
  • Human Resources prototyping has met all project objectives, as documented in the detailed report on the results of this phase (posted 04/27/98).
  • Team leaders and project management planned next steps in the implementation process at an all-day meeting on Friday, March 20, 1998. (Posted 03/21/98)
  • The business process prototyping phase of Project ORION ran through the end of April 1998. Summaries of weekly progress are available.
  • A database of issues brought forward for discussion by any of the project participants isopen for review and comment. An issues-resolution plan identifies the different kinds of issues and how they will be resolved.
  • Project ORION will use a dual-phase approach to the implementation process, 1997-2002 (posted 11/04/97).
  • The executive summary of the scope phase is available for review. The scope process ended on Tuesday, November 25, 1997, with a presentation of scope findings to the Provost's Operations Council. An abbreviated summary of the findings is also available (posted 12/04/97).
