- On May 7, 1998, the Student Administration team completed their 25-week
prototyping project, meeting all objectives. A detailed
report documents the results of this

- The business process prototyping phase of Project ORION ran
through the end of April 1998. Summaries of weekly
progress are available.
- A database of issues brought forward for
discussion by any of the project participants isopen for review and comment.
An issues-resolution plan identifies the different
kinds of issues and how they will be resolved.
- Project ORION will use a dual-phase approach to
the implementation process, 1997-2002 (posted 11/04/97).
- The executive summary of the scope
phase is available for review. The scope process ended on Tuesday, November
25, 1997, with a presentation of scope findings to the Provost's Operations
