Project ORION Advisory Committees
The HRMS and SAS Project Advisory Committees will meet, jointly if necessary, to review policy issues referred by the Project Management Team. These committees will comprise representation from the Office of the Provost, the Office of Planning and Budget, the University Policy and Program Development Advisory Committee, the constituency Senates, and the academic and administrative units. They and the University Policy and Program Development Advisory Committee will advise the Project Management Team on policy issues that are identified in the implementation process. The advisory committees may seek comments and advice from the constituency Senates and other appropriate bodies as necessary. Finally, should the groups need explanations or information on technical issues, IT will make that assistance available as needed.
Minutes of the project committees are indexed by committee abbreviation and date. The HRMS committee minutes are listed as "hrac," and the SAS committee minutes as "saac."
