Latest information from PeopleSoft, combined with on-site analysis through the prototyping process, indicates that Version 7.5 (release date 12/31/98) will include major improvements that, in some cases, will materially enhance the effectiveness of particular function modules in the system. As a result, the Project ORION implementation schedule has been adjusted to bring these improved functions online in the most effective and efficient order, with the least possible disruption to service, training and production.
