Implementation Project

In March 1997, the University of Louisville contracted to license the PeopleSoft Student Administration and Human Resources Management software systems to replace and improve upon several obsolete systems now in use. During Project ORION, the university implemented the new system, bringing it up for full production by the beginning of the Fall Semester, 1999. Once in production, the systems was enriched for U of L applications from Fall 1999 through July 2002. New modules continue to be introduced. This site contains project archives but is no longer maintained.PeopleSoft training continues to be offered through links available online.
