Minimum 40 People

Choose two or three of the delicious entrees listed below, served with
mixed field greens and assorted dressings, vegetable salad, sliced fresh
seasonal fruit, one starch and two fresh vegetables, accompanied by rolls,
and Chef's assorted desserts

Please choose from the following entrees:
