African American Alumni Council Award Announcement and Application

This is the African American Alumni Council Award Announcement and Application. This award is being sponsored by the UofL's African American Alumni Council. The plan this year is to award a total of four $1,000 scholarships: 3 to undergraduate students and one (1), "Kim McKnight" scholarship to a graduate student (after this year, the McKnight family will fund the Kim McKnight award). Friday, April 3, 2009 is this year's deadline for students to return their completed application packets to the committee (including letters of recommendation, transcripts and essays). Decisions to the students and to the university will be communicated before the end of the spring semester.
