Overview
The program requires a minimum of 30 credits for completion. All courses are available in online format.

Students will leave this program prepared for in-demand careers in transportation design/construction, working jointly with architects and other design professionals to solve the transportation issues of today and the future.
Admission
In addition to completing the application for admission and paying the $60 non-refundable application fee, applicants must provide:

Bachelor's degree in engineering

2.75 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on 4.0 scale

Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work

Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score at or above 1000 (combined verbal & quantitative) and a score of at least 4.0 on the analytical writing section

Applications received at least six weeks prior to the beginning of a term will be given priority.
Applicants are considered on a case-by-case basis. Students not meeting the minimum requirements may still be admitted. Remedial work may be specified for those applicants who, in the opinion of the faculty, do not have a sufficient background in civil engineering.
*For international students, a bachelor's degree in engineering that has been assessed as meeting entrance requirements.
