QEP Development Committee

The 2017 QEP Development Committee, composed of faculty, staff and student members from units across campus, is co-chaired by Riaan van Zyl, associate dean for research in the Kent School of Social Work, and Patty Payette, director of i2a and senior associate director of the Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning.

Since its initial meeting in February 2015, the QEP Development Committee has been working on the research, drafting and vetting of our QEP proposal which is due to SACS in January 2017.

The Provost’s charge [PDF] to the QEP Development Committee was issued in late 2014. Since then, membership on the committee has shifted according to the needs of the project and availability of the individuals involved. The QEP Development Committee roster [PDF] will be updated periodically.

The QEP Development Committee began vetting the topic and project components with campus colleagues in May, 2015. This process was ongoing through the 2015-2016 academic year and will continue in the 2016-2017 year.

A list of feedback opportunities, information sessions, and other QEP events and programs for the 2016-2017 academic year will be posted here by September 15, 2016.

UofL faculty, staff and students who are interested in getting involved in developing or implementing the new QEP are invited to contact the QEP Development committee at QEP2017@louisville.edu
