Funding Request Form
Please use the form below to request funding for travel, class events, or other funding requests. All funding requests should be turned in to the Nursing Student Council Office, which is located in the Student Government Office in the B Building of the HSC Campus. The Student Government Office is located in the Lower Level, Room LL28.
