Cooper/Clayton Smoking Cessation

• Provides 13 weekly one-hour educational sessions with support groups and free NRT for eligible participants

Mammography Screening

• Free or low cost mammograms to female patients on the first Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each month by appointment at 3015 Wilson Avenue.  Call (502) 774-4401 for more information or to schedule a mammogram appointment at Wilson Avenue.
