Overview
Program Description
Health care providers in the 21st century must be prepared to work in a variety of settings. They will need to be proficient in critical thinking, communication, political activism, case managements and the economics of health care.
The RN/BSN Program was created to respond to the needs of busy registered nurses who would like to complete a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. Nursing course work is completed online to allow for flexible schedules and may be completed anytime and anywhere, as long as students have access to a computer, modem, and an internet service provider. Students enrolled in this program have access to:
- Extensive online research library services
- Virtual writing center
- Online ordering for textbooks
- 24 hour IT support
- Faculty members who are experts in their field
- Online learning grounded in a major metropolitan research university committed to quality education
- All benefits available to University of Louisville students
Please email Pat Martin, Program Coordinator, or call 502-852-8399 for more on whether the RN/BSN program is right for you.
