About

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program has been sanctioned by the National Certification Corporation and graduates are well prepared to sit for the NNP certification exam. Graduates have obtained employment in the Louisville area and across the country.

Clinical

Students enroll in two semesters of clinical, logging about 630 hours. Most work is performed predominately in Louisville. Other sites include Lexington, Pikeville and other areas depending on student need. More information about the clinical aspect...

Course Timing

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner track courses are not offered every year. They will be offered Summer 2011, Fall 20011 and Spring 2012. Core courses must be completed first. The Program of Study must be planned for the correct order and timing of courses to avoid delayed matriculation.
