Wednesday, May 8th, 2013: Board Meeting & Ice Cream Social

Executive Board Meeting: 5:00 to 6:00 PM

Ice Cream Social: 6:00 to 7:00 PM

Come meet some of the other members and find out how you can benefit from your STTI membership and about various ways to get involved- a little or a lot!  All members, especially our newest members inducted in March, are invited to come for either or both events.

The Executive Board is made up of elected officers and committee chairs, but all members are invited to attend to get an idea of how the Board works and to find out about opportunities to be active in STTI.

Executive Board Business to be discussed:

• Set the date for our annual business meeting in late-August or early-September, when officers will be installed and committees formed.
• Begin the process of nominating candidates for two officers: Secretary and Treasurer.
• Discuss openings on several committees for members and/or chairs.
• Begin discussing programs and activities for next year.
