International Service Learning Opportunities for Nursing Majors

Below is the list of trips that are held throughout the year.  Note that the School of Nursing faculty currently offer nursing-specific programming in both Belize and Croatia.  Nursing students are also welcome to participate in any of the other trips, but would be registering for a course outside of the School of Nursing-for example, Communication, Justice Administration or Psychology.  Please check with the ISLP website for more specifics.  you can also email Dr. Whitney Nash, Director of Practice and International Affairs for additional questions.

2012

Cebu, Phillipines: 12/6-12/16

2013

Belize: 3/9-3/16

Trinidad and Tobago: 3/8-3/16

Botswana, Africa: 5/2-5/12

Croatia: 5/16-5/25

Fees range from $2,375 to $3,325 (tuition is included in the price for full-time students)

Note that these programs are open to undergraduate as well as graduate students.
