Reduced Fee & Refund Policies
Reduced Fee: If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of submission) then you are eligible for the reduced orientation registration rate of $20. Information regarding the status of your UofL admission application fee is pre-loaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university-approved admissions application waiver you will see $20 appear in your online orientation payment box. Again, this information will be preloaded for approved students.
Refund/Cancellation Policy For Transfer Orientation: Orientation cancellations received before midnight, two weeks prior to the on-campus orientation for which the student is registered are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations received one week prior to the on campus orientation session are eligible for a 50% refund. Students that have registered for the online orientation are eligible for a 100% refund provided that the online orientation has NOT been completed and the student has not enrolled for the upcoming semester.
You must fill out the Orientation Refund Request form. Approved refunds will be credited to the payment option used to submit the Orientation registration.
