Reduced Orientation Registration Fees
If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of application submission) then you are eligible for the reduced orientation rate of $55. Information regarding the status of your UofL admissions application fee is preloaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university approved admissions application waiver you will see $55 appear in your orientation payment box. Again, this information will be preloaded for approved students. Family members of students with an application fee waiver will be required to pay the full Family Orientation program fee of $40 per family member attending.
An must be received by May 1 at midnight to receive a 100% refund of the orientation registration fee. Refund requests received by May 15 at midnight will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for requests received after May 15. The refund request form must be submitted to receive a refund; simply cancelling your orientation date will not generate a refund.
